The project was a 2-bedroom flat in at Cookridge area in north Leeds. The flat had significant roof issues with extensive water leak in addition to general deterioration in its condition.

The renovation included changing the roof in addition to refurbishment across the flat putting it back again at the top of the lists of small families looking for a modern flat in the popular residential rental market of north Leeds.
